The Chemical Automation Unit is located at the Laboratory of Applied Chemistry, Department of Chemical Sciences, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Porto and is integrated in GABAI (Industrial, Biochemical and Environmental Analysis Group). Since its foundation in 1986, the Automation in Chemistry Unit is coordinated by José Luís Fontes da Costa Lima.
